Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

Welcome to our Affiliate Program! By joining our program, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility:

   • To participate in our Affiliate Program, you must be at least 18 years of age and agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
   • We reserve the right to refuse participation to any applicant for any reason at our sole discretion.

2. Enrollment:

   • To enroll in our Affiliate Program, you must complete our online application form.
   • We reserve the right to accept or reject any application in our sole discretion.
   • Upon acceptance, you will receive a unique affiliate link or code that you can use to promote our services.

3. Promotional Activities:

   • You are permitted to promote our services through various channels including, but not limited to, websites, social media, email marketing, and online advertisements.
   • You agree to promote our services in a legal and ethical manner, and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

4. Commission Structure:

   Level 1	Up to $10,000	20%
   Level 2	$10,001 - $25,000	25%
   Level 3	$25,001 and above	30%

5. Payment Terms:

   • Commissions will be calculated based on the net revenue generated by players referred by you.
   • Payments will be made on a monthly basis, within 30 days after the end of each calendar month.
   • Minimum payout threshold is $100. If your commission balance is below this threshold, it will be carried over to the next month until the threshold is reached.
   • We reserve the right to withhold payment if we suspect any fraudulent activity or violation of these terms.

6. Termination:

   • Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving written notice to the other party.
   • Upon termination, you will forfeit any unpaid commissions earned prior to the termination date.

7. Modification of Terms:

   • We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.
   • Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for updates.

8. Governing Law:

   • These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Dispute Resolution:

   • Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of [Arbitration Organization].

By enrolling in our Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not enroll in the program.

Referring to the following table:

1. With the number of Total Active Players ( actively playing on our platform ), affiliates will be entitled to start earning commission.

2. IDN Poker & T7 games is not included in this commission plan and will not be taken into account.

3. Monthly commission rate ( % ) is determined based on the number of Total Member Nett Winloss and Total Active Player. Whichever requirement to be fulfilled first, Affiliates will be remain at the lower tier of the commission rate for the following month until successfully fulling both requirements needed to move on to the following tier.

4. Negative revenue for any given month will be carried forward to the following month.

5. All affiliates are subjected to promotion bonus / rebate cost incurred during member acquistion, The cost will be deducted from the revenue by the end of the month.

These cost may include the following : Promotion Bonuses, Transaction Fees & Royalty Fees.

Example of commission Calculation : Commission = ( COMPANY REVENUE - PROMOTION BONUSES - TRANSACTION FEES - ROYALTY FEE ) x COMMISSION RATE %

Example :

Positive Revenue

Total gross revenue = USD 16,500

- Member's bonus USD 500

- Platform cost USD 1,000

Commission = ( Gross revenue - members bonus - platform cost ) x Commission rate % ) ( USD 16,500 - USD 500 - USD 1,000 ) x 40% = USD 6,600 ( Carry forward to next month )

Negative Revenue

Total gross revenue = USD -15,000

- Member's bonus USD 500

- Platform cost USD 1,000

Commission = ( Gross revenue - members bonus - platform cost ) x Commission rate % ) ( USD - 15,000 - USD 500 - USD 1,000 ) x 40% = USD - 6,600 ( Carry forward to next month )

Sub - Affiliates Commission

You may expand your career by establishing a Multiple Business in another market. Barcelo9 encourages agents to develop into second - line agents. namely agent recruitment agents.

Affiliate who have successfully referred friends to join the Barcelo9 Affiliates Program will be eligible to receive an extra 10% commission based one the referral commission.

Calculation Formula :

Total Commission = Direct Commission + Sub- affiliate's Commission * 10

Commission for Affiliate A = MYR 8,000 + ( B1 + B2 ) * 10%

= MYR 8,000 + ( MYR 5,000 + MYR 5,000 ) * 10% = MYR 9,000

COMMISSION PAYMENT METHOD

1. Barcelo9 Affiliate is ready to assist you at every step along your journey with us.

2. Commission will be computed once in a month and will released within 5th - 7th of the month

3. Commission amount will be paid to affiliate wallet; based one currency selected during registration.

4. After commission withdrawal request submitted, commission will be issued to bank account within 3 working days. *Bank account name must be same as registration name.

Minimum commission withdrawal amount MYR100

Barcelo9 retain the right to change the commission program percentage and method of calculation anytime.
